Right from the beginning of my career I've improved the working processes people use. Initially as a business analyst and subsequently as a project director implementing award winning Customer Relationship Management projects. Finally tiring of hotel life I based myself in Manchester and became a business coach. Ironically I now coach people all around the world whilst sat in my Manchester office drinking frequent cups of tea.
